Welcome to the telephone communications standards for Kaldus. While there is a separate communications standards set, this site will devote itself to the NSC in regards to telephone companies, and in relation with Kaldus Telecommunications which is the one in charge of authorizing companies to provide telephone services. This site will be reasonably small, but will give you an idea of Ka-Tel’s responsibility even if they are not the only telephone provider in the nation.
