Directory Assistance

Sometimes knowing a name is not enough. When that happens, the caller can go to https://411.ka, and provide the name and county of the person they wish to reach. If they don’t provide county, then they might get a number of possible results. Directory Assistance is voluntary, and the customer does not have to include in the directory assistance. The cheapest way to acquire the information will be through the website noted above. One could also send an RCS message to Directory assistance (411), and will be able to provide name and county of the person they wish to reach. If they are not available on the website though, then they won’t be available on the RCS results, nor call results.

Assuming the person does have a directory assistance listing, there will be the name, telephone number, and only allowed by the owner – the city/county of the person. The person might have multiple telephone numbers (up to 10). It is well within the rights of the person to only include a voicemail number. If this happens, then the caller will need to leave a message. This is good practice anyways if you want the person to return your call.
